  1. Hello, First, You need to deliver the scanner to Captain Stern. For your second question, you couldn't proceed to that part unless you fulfilled the first task. If you're having a hard time, I recommend you to look for some guides regarding the quest you took. Just a reminder: Paying attention to the dialogues when taking a quest, mostly helps us sometimes.   2. Hello, Yes, indeed. You may have met the requirements but it appears that you haven't followed correct sequence of the quest. It also seems you haven't found the legendary beasts scattered on the region. I would suggest for you to look up some guides, videos or documentation of the quest you're about to undertake.   5. This is a known bug. That notification will be displayed once the user encounters a pokemon with special form, i.g., X-mas, Valentines, etc. As we know, Unknown has many forms. As of now, our system treat those same as special forms of other pokemon. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon.

  9. It is not a mapping bug. Additional info regarding the hole: It is an NPC used by players to instantly travel to the other side or exit of the cave without venturing inside. You can avail it if you have a Pokemon with Dig move in your party. For futher inquiries involving the bug, kindly proceed to NPC & Scripting Bug Section. Thank you.

  16. Hi! Sorry for the delay. We've done some changes on the variables used by the Trainer NPCs on the said route. We would be grateful if you could go and try it out again around this day until next week. By that, we could then identify whether the bug is on your variables or not.   17. Thank you for the report. Although we are fully aware of it, unfortunately, our current client or system does not support wild spawn on that type of tile collider/modifier. Thus, we encourage you to traverse other tiles that caters wild spawns for the mean time. Thank you for your patience.
