Hey there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience; Please try to run the game in admin mode, and windows 7 compatibility mode; also add an exception for the game to your firewall and antivirus if you haven't yet! If adding an exception isn't enough, please try to start the game after disabling both antivirus/firewall, and tell me how it goes! Hey again; Indeed, however I'm afraid I would be unable to determine what would cause the issue for you. I could only suggest you to restore your OS to factory settings and re-download the softwares you actually need exclusively, in a first time, see if it works then and build up from there. If it doesn't, it might come from an OS update as well, I really can't say. Thank you for the feedback, and I'll be glad if you could come back again with more infos ‒if you decide to try this, that is, it's up to you after all. In the meantime, I wish you a great day!

Hello there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience; It does evolve level 33 onward, as shown here: Make sure you're levelling it up without holding an Everstone, as it would indeed prevent it from evolving. Furthermore, make sure no other pokémon meet evolving requirements in the same battle (typically if you switch them in battle to exp them both), as only one of them will ask for evolution! Hello there, and foremost, sorry for the inconvenience! A maintenance back on Christmas day was done on Red server in order to reduce the size of the database to greatly help reduce the server's instability; it notably deleted the pokémon and items from people with low playtime on this server and didn't log in a long time, like your brother. I will forward this to an Administrator for them to help him; could you post your timezone and the time he usually comes online? Furthermore, if you have a Discord account or would be eager to create one, you can join our official PRO Discord server to reach more easily an Admin over there. Sorry again for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience in the meanwhile!

Well yeah we have an Android client as well :Grin: On these devices, running is done from sweeping the finger from one side to another, like you can do it with a mouse while holding down your left click as well on PC. However, some options are not available on Android yet, such as being able to see the descriptions of items or locations names on the map since you can't hover your cursor over these with a tactile screen. The saves are server-sided, so yeah, regardless of your device, your progress will remain the same; it is however different on each server, so make sure to log on the server you used to play on if you start on another device :Shy: If you have further questions, feel free to ask :Sing:

Well if you get a different error than the one above, sure, link the new reports :Shy: Otherwise, are you running other programs aside from PRO while trying to join? To be honest, I'm not quite sure about what the problem is myself either; a lot of lower end machines couldn't run the game anymore past the Christmas update, due to Unity's game engine's updates, like up to Windows Vista. However, I'm running it on Windows7 x64 myself without any issue so it should be able to work. The only difference I see between your crash report and my setup would be that I have my game folder on D:, however I've just tried to create a folder in the exact same location than you, but still don't get an error :D: "C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Emulator\PRO x64\PRO64.exe" So, do your newest crash reports display a new error? Or still the same d3d11.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)? I'll keep trying to find other possible fixes in the meanwhile

Hello there :Grin: There is no difference content-wise, though: Red is the oldest server, therefore with the oldest players on it; Blue is in the middle, currently the least populated; Yellow is the most populated due to currently being the one set by default, so new people mostly get there. So, yeah, only the people change, and the market can be a bit different between servers as well, depending on offers and such. Indeed, it is not available either. You can follow this guide for a few methods on how to level your pokémon faster than usual. Furthermore, the Eggmove Tutor is just a NPC to talk to that will offer to teach moves to the poké you want, 15 000$ each, that would have been available via breeding, as a workaround to be able to get them without giving the option to breed perfect IVs Pokémon :Grin: Whereas the PRO Move Tutor ‒formerly known as Pre Evo Move Tutor‒ are here so you can teach moves exclusive from pre evolution forms (for instance Spore on Breloom wouldn't be available anymore if forgotten, since only Shroomish can learn it via level up); each move will cost 10 000$! In most Daycares, you will have to walk through the door behind the Eggmove Tutor and Doctor Quest NPC to get to the Tutor:
