Hello there; It's not an amount of hour required; you can get lucky and encounter one right after leaving Pallet Town, or never encounter one during your playthrough. That is the meaning of RNG - Random Number Generation. Sorry to hear; and yes, it's client-sided, not server-sided. Next thing to try to fix this is to add an exception for the game to both your antivirus/firewall, and try again. If it still doesn't load, then turn off your antivirus, completely remove your game's files ‒including the temporary files‒, and extract them again from the .zip file, as it worked here :Sing:

It is due to poor net neutrality and strict internet censorship in the aforementioned countries. However, it doesn't seem entirely illegal to use VPNs in UAE, as stated on multiple sites, as long as it's not used to perform a federal crime; minor transgressions seem to be "allowed"; though I'm not a law expert or anything. Now, however, it's entirely up to you whether you'll use one or not, obviously; especially since it's apparently advised to avoid free VPNs. But I'm afraid it's the only way if you want to play PRO. Hey there, Actually, Mew has a fairly high catch rate for a legendary: the same as Onix, Scyther, Pinsir, wild starters pokémon, etc. False Swipe, put to sleep and a pokeball will be enough already to catch it :Grin: Same for Celebi, though it is much harder for Jirachi!
