Hello there, and foremost, sorry for the inconvenience; also be advised that I've edited your post to use the other spoiler tag, as it seems the one you initially used is broken since the php update and kept closing when trying to open it :Smile: Did you try to add the [c]-force-d3d9[/c] argument in the shortcut's target? If so, could you try to do the same but with [c]-force-opengl[/c] instead? Furthermore, did you follow the Issue Guide's steps for the black screen upon launch, or tried other things? If so, mind telling what, in case it could come from there? (The steps mentioned there being: Change your desktop resolution, open PRO, and revert the change back to your native resolution) I've been told you haven't another hard drive partition so can't ask you to try to move your game's folder there, although sometimes permissions on C: can be restricted and tricky, as it hosts the sensible files notably mandatory to run your OS itself. It seems that you have been available to log on your account since then; could you confirm this? :Grin: I can only suppose that the servers went down at this time, thus why you couldn't log back in afterwards for a time. It is the most common reason when one cannot log in-game, and displays a "Cannot connect to server" prompt once the client unfreezes. Hello there, Things do vary in PRO: In order to unlock the Daycare Center ‒in which you'll find Eggmove Tutor, Doctor Quest NPCs and PRO Move Tutor, but no breeding‒, you will have to defeat Naero in Cerulean Cave :) The Daycares are located as follow: Route 5 (Kanto) Route 34 (Johto) Route 117 (Hoenn) Solaceon Town (Sinnoh) Four Island (Sevii Islands ‒ there is no PRO Move Tutor there, nor eggmove, just Doctor quests) You can follow the links for more detailed informations about everything underlined; Hope I could help clear things up, if you have further questions regarding this matter, feel free to ask! Hello there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience; If restarting your client doesn't help, please try to run the game in admin mode, as well as adding an exception for the game to your antivirus and firewall, as it should be a connectivity issue and these might block it. In the case it still doesn't work, would you be able to try logging on another connection, such as mobile set as hotspot? Unfortunately, as I've mentioned on the first page, it was the only solution that has been reported working to us. We haven't forgotten you, but we are not the ones who coded Unity, and sadly can't help you further. If running an android virtual machine doesn't help either, I'm afraid upgrading your OS or hoping Unity would reverse their updates are your last options. I'm truly sorry for your inconvenience, but we can't help you further despite our efforts to try to find a solution, and since it appears that no one else can either, I will now lock this thread; I wish you a great rest of your week nonetheless :Sing: - [glow=lightgreen]Locked[/glow] -

Hello there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience; Before I start off, be advised that I have removed your screenshot as one of the appearing file contained swearing, which is not tolerated on our forums :Sing: Now, regarding your issue, could you provide the crash report? You will find in the Issue Guide the fixes for the most common crash issues, but it might not be adapted to yours; typically, if you opened your bag in battle and crashed at this moment, it would be due to a memory issue and nothing can fix this, but you can prevent it by opening your bag in-battle every 5 minutes or so to refresh it; the more often you open it, the less likely it will freeze and risk to cause a crash! We unfortunately can't reset Bosses' cooldowns whether one loses due to a crash or disconnection; however, she should have a 2 hours cooldown, and you should be able to see the remaining time by talking to her. Hello there, and foremost, sorry for your inconvenience! However, it is not a bug: not all trainers are meant to provide experience, typically those only there for the quest that won't be re-challengeable once defeated, like the one you're battling in your video, whether you have an active XP boost or not. These are just challenges to pass to be granted the right to access the next area :Shy: For instance, you will get experience from Gym Leaders, but only the first time you try to beat them; if you lose, you won't get any anymore. This is to avoid farming exp on the first poké and lose on the last, since these NPCs are needed in quests/storyline, they won't budge until defeated :Grin: With this being said, I wish you a good day! :Sing: - [glow=lightgreen]Locked as solved[/glow] - -
Hello there; Gastly's evolution line learns Hypnosis lvl 1, meaning that if you overwrote the move or caught one high level enough to have forgotten it by itself, you will have to go to a Move Relearner to teach it to them; they are located as follow: Note that teaching a move from these tutors costs 2 000$ each.
