Have you tried to extract the files with another software? Like WinRAR or 7-Zip ? Also, turn your antivirus and firewall off in case it detects an error during the archive extraction I will ask around, see if someone else has other possible fixes in mind :Sing:

Hello there! Yes! Along with the options listed by [mention]Carlito2[/mention], you can also get them in Excavation, if you have enough discoveries :Grin: You can also ‒still in excavation‒ buy fossils to one of the NPCs in the Historical Site, with ancient artefacts, that you get in smashing rocks in the sites. Obviously, you also have the option to buy Omanytes to other players! Alright, I'll have a few questions then to try to help you better: Did the game ever work correctly for you, and is just showing this bug lately after an update of some sort (on either ends)? Are you on Mac? There are issues with Mac users who haven't updated their OS to High Sierra; Are all the files for the game located in a single folder, on your PC? Did you download the game from the official main page? The more infos you can provide, the better :Smile:

Hello there, and sorry for the inconvenience; Heatran's quest is made in a way to ensure its difficulty, so all your eventual masterballs and rare candies are removed from you when you access the area. Just talk back to Buck inside the Stark Mountain Main Cavern, and you will get your goods back :Grin: Regarding Genesect, you will have to defeat Nikola in order to get another chance at catching it; you will also need to catch another 150+ IV pokémon at Bug Catching to get back to Genesect's area once you defeated the boss. I understand this might be frustrating, and I'm sorry to have to inform you that we cannot reset Bosses' cooldowns for ethical reasons, unless it's bugged ‒which is not your case‒ ; The event duration already got lengthened by four days due to technical issues with Zetsu's cooldown when it got added ‒as mentioned in Discord's announcements‒, to ensure people who faced the bug would still be able to get the 5th reward; we cannot, however, elapse an event duration to meet everyone's likes, but we hope you still enjoyed the Halloween Event :Heart: Hopefully, you will be able to start earlier next time there will be an event limited in time, and will fully enjoy it! As [mention]elyaskhan[/mention] mentioned, you can teach it at a PRO Move Tutor ‒formerly known as Pre Evo Move Tutor‒ located in Daycares, not only Kanto though :Grin: Each move will cost 10 000$! In most Daycares, you will have to walk through the door behind the Eggmove Tutor and Doctor Quest NPC to get to the PRO Move Tutor: In order to unlock access to the Daycares, you must defeat Naero in Cerulean Cave :) The Daycares are located as follow: Route 5 (Kanto) Route 34 (Johto) Route 117 (Hoenn) Solaceon Town (Sinnoh) Four Island (Sevii Islands ‒ there is no PRO Move Tutor there, nor eggmove, just Doctor quests) With this being said, I will now set and lock the topic as solved; I wish you a great day! :Heart:
