The host was having issues, the North American and Possibly Asia and few other sides of the globe were unable to log in PRO, for some reason beyond our reach.     Hello there, and sorry for the inconvenience! The host was having issues, the North American and Possibly Asia and few other sides of the globe were unable to log in PRO, for some reason beyond our reach.   7. Hello there, Huncutocska :) You can follow the guide on How to post images on the forum, it's the most detailed you can find! Using the [ img ] balise is the best way: [img=insert direct img url here] [img=https://orig00.deviantart.net/3880/f/2013/298/1/2/pokemon___squirtle_pancham_by_cookiehana-d6rsgx9.png] I would suggest you to not use this thing: It doesn't work very well, it can make pictures small and blurry as far as I know :< Hope it answered well enough, if you have any further question about it, feel free to ask! :Angel: I wish you a nice day!
  8. Hello crenatoph, and foremost: sorry for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, we cannot refund anything lost due to a crash, as stated here: Please note that this is a non negotiable issue. I understand that it is frustrating, but you will have to wait the full boss cooldown before being able to challenge him again, and we cannot reset the boss cooldown either due to ethical reasons. The servers get back up online by themselves when they can, but for major crashes, an Admin is required to restart them manually after solving the issues Not everyone can restart the servers, as it could easily be abused, so only a few really trusted people can: the Admins. As you can read on the Read this before making a General Support topic post: Past this week, you will then have to recreate the account, but the username you used should be available again. Reminder that you are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person. :Grin: Make sure to read the post linked above, as well as the Email issues, in case you don't get your activation link :) Lastly, reminder that Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo are the providers that work best to get the activation link!
