If you managed to catch it but then released it, only an Admin can retrieve it in the database, and posting in the restore pokemon megathread is the way to ask for it!   3. Hello, there, lobogames! You can see if you are banned on the Dashboard; If you are indeed banned, please don't talk about it here, but in the Appeal subforum. However, other issues can prevent you from logging ingame that do not imply a ban of your account: If you are using a proxy, try to log in without it If you are trying to play on a public connection such as at school or work, they can have blocked the game on their network Try to add an exception on your firewall for the game Try to run the game in admin mode or compatibility mode Otherwise, try following the steps in the Issue Guide: Hit by a Cannot connect to server messageCrash issues or other issues Sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope it will be fixed soon! You can also challenge someone to a battle and lose it, disconnecting being the fastest way to do so. I suppose that you did Heatran's quest quite recently; that quest is made in a way to ensure its difficulty, so all your eventual masterballs and rare candies are removed from you when you access the area.
