Hello, I have an issue in evolving Xmas Swampert Mount into Mega Xmas Swampert Mount, but I receive an info from Norex which is the Mega Xmas Swampert Mount is currently not in client yet. Hello, I was in trade chat earlier and I saw a player said "wts xmas dragonite mount shiny" However, I read this as "wtb xmas dragonite mount shiny" So I messaged the player and made a deal. But when we were about to trade I saw that he is giving the mount to me also. And thats when I figured that I made a mistake. And when I read the chat again. It was completely my understanding. Is there a way to fix or refund me my coins? Thank you. (I also have one complaint form, please check on that)

Hi so I was under the impression Xmas Zorua recolor meant it recolored base skin and I never knew there was an event form given out years ago. I ended up buying the Chroma thinking it would recolor my base and now I can't even acquire the Xmas form even if I wanted too. Is there any confirmation whether you will re-add the skin because if not I don't want to gamble waiting a year, I would prefer a refund on the 700 Event Coins spent on it. Unless some CC can confirm whether I can acquire the Xmas form to use it.

Hi. I was going to buy Vday Milotic Surf Mount (1st mount in surf mounts section). I was also checking out the ground mounts, had marked Vday Serpier mount, and without really thinking it through, i bought the serperior instead. I've also bought the Milotic afterwards. But the serperior i would like a refund for if that is possible. My own mistake i know, but it was not my intention.. Thank you.

HELLO PRO TEAM STAFFS Earlier I misclicked the wrong mount on pve shop all of my saving for pve coins was supposed to buy a shiny metagross mount but instead I got the black absol mount. Normally I woudn't mind buying the misclick since the black absol mount since I saw it got a mega form but when I tried to evolve it there was no option. I really thought this black absol mount would mega evolve to this but it seems I was wrong I tried researching and asking some people how to obtain this but to no avail. I was wondering if black absol mount will get a mega evo form in the future I woudn't mind keeping the black absol mount for a little while. Or if not I was wondering if I would kindly get a refund. I would really appreciate a feedback for this. Thank you in advance

I reached sinnoh region and then talked with my grandma and then I went to Barry's house and talked with him and then he met me in forest and he was talking to me but I had to close the game since I had some work but when I logged in again he was not showing up and I can't leave my hometown as well or choose any Pokemon................. Hi! I'm confused about the Darkrai quest. I already defeated the mayors and Alucard, but it doesn't allowed me to battle Darkrai.
