I've activated my black medallion on Wednesday, 18:45 (GMT +2); the medallion started on Saturday, 02:00 (GMT +2). So shouldn't I still have 16 hours of bms? Hello! I had abandoned my account and I decided to come back into the game ( name: CrazyBanana). I did the merge at the dashboard, and I logged in. The game spawned me at Viridian Town, with nothing, not even a Pokedex. I decided to walk at professor's Oak lab to check if interacting with him will fix anything. Now I've been stuck inside his lab unable to do anything not even talk to him. The game only shows my previous playtime, and I don't see any badges earned. Can anything be done to fix this? Thank you!

tengo un problema, despues de que ayer cerraron los servidores no me ha dejado meterme en el servidor de plata , solo al de oro y aveces no es cuando yo quiero , quiero saber si es un problema de los servidores que puede que esten fallando un poco, o si el problema solo lo tengo yo y si es asi por favor diganme como hacer para restaurarlo y si no es asi y es problema del servidor diganme cuanto tiempo puede durar asi. : /

i am facing really bad lag problem in silver but i am not facing that problem in gold server.In silver map loading take huge time.I made sure that my internet connection is ok.

Hey guys, I have a problem with Easter Event Quest. From last year, I tried at least 3 times running to find and re-check Eggs basket for quest. I have gathered all baskets but the npc always said that I missed 2. Can anyone help me with this problem? GMs/Staffs/Mods can help me to check this? Thank you guys!

Hello! I have been waiting to transfer to gold since about 2-3 weeks ago. Whenever I check in to the dashboard it says I have active lending trades. I don't think I lended something for this long? Usually I just lend pokemon to people to do the elite 4 for one day. I think it may be bugged or something. I looked through my pokemon and I think it may be a gengar that is missing. It was 31speed, 29 special attack with hp ice.

I had just bought 300 coins awhile ago to get player money for the easter event and get the new mount, but when I purchased the MS Medallion and used it on my player it did not add to the number of days I currently have. I was about to lose membership in a week and I wanted to add 30 more days but it didn’t work and disappeared. Can someone fix this error for me please?

Ayuda en la isla de evento hay un npc que habla de cultivar un pokemon cuando iba a cancelar sin querer le di que si y me Quito mi gyarados habrá unaa forma de recuperarlo no recuerdo el código del pokemon por favor ayuda no quiero perder mi poke que debo hacer para poder recuperarlo

Hey guys, i need help! I've been playing on my tablet/android, after i downloaded the new update (Easter Event) my login screen is black and i can't play. I have read older threads on this issue but i haven't found anything specific for android, also, i tried uninstalling and re downloading the client. Any fixes? thank you!

Hello I am acrimesoup, as the title suggests i've been a player since 2015. I stopped playing around?? 2017 but have hopped on occasionally to get event legends, also have the 'don't log in for 1 year' badge :) Returning to the game and looking for active guild with an active discord to help me relearn the game and socialise with, own a decent amount of epic mons and plan on climbing pvp ladder once i'm attuned with the current meta.

hi there my name is Yinity ingame and i just want to report an annoying bug which took me and some other guys 15 minutes to solve, at Mt.Moon B1F on the stairs the moment you go down it can happen that you cant move anymore , resync and relog didnt work. I had to be defeated in battle and close the game to finally move again. Note: I didnt do anything special to get in this situation, I had a Furret on first slot and walked straigth towards the stairs thats all.

I battled shary earlier and won, I do a relog to refresh my connection, but then I talk to shaui and the battle not triggered. I talked to shary again and it shows a cooldown and consecutive win(counted as a lose) Pls fix this and can I get the cooldown refreshed?

Well first of all when the jagnmo-o event ended I had 18 rare candys and I see that I don't have even 1 only when I want to use them ... and I had neither sold nor used them ... they disappeared then I go to kanto to buy a masterball To go to catch Heatran, I bought it with pve coins, I had 78 and since it is 20, it cost me 58 more than I paid attention, I go to the mission and the game takes me out and I have to start again, then I am going to start again. My pokemon from 60 to 90 in the same place of the mission passed my mission and then I beat the heatran lvl 90 when I return to the pokecentre I look for my sync and everything did not lead to my false sweeper or anything because according to I have a masterball..that happened when I arrived that I am going to use my masterball that I bought with my surprise pve coin I did not have it either I did not lose to the heatran because I did not have enough balls ... when angry watch after having finished the mission my masterball and my rare candys appear ... the game took off my rare candy my time my heatran my masterball And in the end I did not get anything I want them to let me catch it again without having to do the mission again please and fix that bug of things that disappear and appear when they want. please
