I lost about 4-5m and didn't get an answer too. From the perspective of a long-term player I'm very disappointed by the lack of response to this situation... Farming of such a sum of money takes several weeks to several months, now I don't know if I lost that time. Any word of explanation from the official side would calm me down and would allow me to wait patiently for a solution or informed about the lack of a solution.

9 days from the answer and 15 from the hit by bug.

Bugs by which players have serious losses should be repaired first. but apparently there are more important things than the comfort of players. it's disrespectful to the players that we have to wait a few weeks (maybe months) to return the things we lost without our fault. I need my money asap, i've lost a few deals already

I am worried as well as I may have to stop playing for a bit soon and will be unable to make sure it is back. It really is a bother in general to lose access to what is rightfully yours due to someone elses error and never get compensated by those that caused it. I think we have all been very patient but this is becoming a bit shady at this point. I hope this will be solved in the next couple of days for everyones sake.

Yeah it’s pretty disappointing how they can use the excuse about not having time to prioritize giving back what we players have loss due to a bug that they were able to fix right away. Imo, the longer they postpone it, perhaps it’ll be much harder for them to backtrack how much each player have loss from the bug. It’s almost July, let’s hope they actually give us an update about it. At this point, I won’t be surprise if they be like “sorry we are unable to recover logs on how much each person have loss.”
