I want to be able to see my desktop or browser while playing the game. How to change the full screen into a windowed mode? Already tried unchecking the Full Screen box.

Try pressing Alt+Enter

it doesn't do anything and besides, Alt+Enter = Full screen and that's not what I want to do.

Resolution is unchangeable. Anything else?

I hope I'm not too late to the party but:

 

Press the escape key on windows, click the options menu, click graphics, uncheck fullscreen, then select your resolution and change it. This is the way I have the game, so you can get an example.

Thanks for that but unfortunately I can't click or there's no drop down when I click it so I don't know what else to do to fix that or do you have any other way to fix the drop down so I can do what you are suggesting?

That's weird. I'm 100% able to click on the numbers of the resolution (like, clicking on 1024 x 720) and make the list display. I have no idea how to display it, so I'm afraid you'll need a Staff to answer.
