Sorry for the inconvenience. But in order to get Access to the Genesect Area you need to catch a Pokemon with 140+ IVs and have 500 hours as stated in our ProWiki:

i cath +140 iv too many times and i have +1000 hour. judge doesn't inv me. i try everything and i search all topics. what can i do now ? :(

Are you sure you got 140 IV and not 140 points for the contest?

We checked the Pokemon Database and didn't find a 140+ IV Poke from Johto in it. I know it's not the News you wanted to hear but there is nothing we can do for you at the moment :-/ Could you please, next time you catch a 140+ IV Poke inside BCC, take a Screenshot from the Poke and from the Dialogue with the Judge? That would be really helpful. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Well the Points don't matter. The total IVs of the Poke you submit have to be at least 140 in total. But yeah. Please do :-)

hello, I just had a problem recently I tried to capture genesect and in full capture, there was a disconnection from the server and I could not capture it. 

I wanted to know if capturing a pokemon with 140 iv's again can I have the opportunity to capture it again or not?

If you got disconnected during the fight, the only way to capture it again would be to win over Nikola (Boss).

This feature is alike for most of the other Legendary/Mythical Pokemon that was added on PRO.

For future reference, look at this list of resettable Pokemon that Nikola (Boss) can respawn for you after winning against them.

As mentioned above, you'll have to battle Nikola Boss to re-catch Genesect.

Unfortunately, you'll have to re-catch a pokemon with 140+ IVs in order to be teleported to where Genesect is.
