I think that to avoid all this misunderstandings staff should add a warning message before battling kyurem. (Saying that you wont get the reroll reward if you lose the first time). And after this warning a message you sure you want to battle? Same like on bosses. Like this people can still take other pokes to make sure they win. Like this people cant complaint anymore that they were not aware of this.
