In need of help by actual Game Master

Many people, including myself, have made the mistake of making a wrong evolution, completely screwing a pokemon. Is it really that hard to simply de-evolve a pokemon someone evolved into a wrong form? Some of us invest tons of hours in this game to be ignored by incompetent staff members of this forum. Since we donate money to help your project, we expect to at least be treated with respect in simple matters like this one.

It's not that it's hard, and they're not incompetent nor do they ignore you. Deevolution is simply not possible. They don't have the tools to do it. It's not that they don't want, it's that it's impossible to do it. There's nothing to do if you evolved it wrong, it's just impossible to roll it back. Shaming and insulting them for your mistakes won't get you anywhere. Donating is optional, not obligatory.

 

Accidents happen, it's happened to me too, but it's our fault.

Well my kind sir, if noone speaks up for it, there won't be any plans to change their ''lack of tools''.

It's not about speaking up for it. You can make a suggestion in the suggestions subforum without the need of disrespecting staff.

Game Masters don't deal with this kind of stuff, Devs already said that they won't do it. They can but they won't due to several reasons.

  • Your appeal will be replied to as soon as the case handling staff member is available. We are all just volunteers with real life responsibilities, other interests and limited free time. Spamming your appeal will not yield a faster reply. Bumps every 24 hours will not(!) increase your chances for a faster reply.
     

     

  • Do not contact staff members for private support. Share your question on the forum due to it being of use for others. Please use the proper forum as well. Unsolicited messages will be deleted. Thanks.
