Be polite and patient if you need support. While users with the symbols +, % and @ are the chat staff, they are not necessarily also game staff, but they can usually advise you. Either you recently got your Porygon-Z which means the Pokemon wasn't properly saved on the server at the time you talked to the NPC or Porygon-Z's name wasn't mapped in the function that's fetching the Pokemon name from the server. ___________________________________________________________________________ Official discord chat.
