Hi there,

I want to play the game on my android (Huawei p20) but after i installed it several time its always stuck on the starting screen where i have to accept the terms of view.  (cant press anything)

Does anybody knows what to do or what the problem could be?

Hey, can you try to close other running apps and restart the game and see if that fixes it? 

If that doesnt work try to reboot your phone and redownloading the game.

Thanks for helping, but i tried both and it just doesnt do anything 😕 do you have any idea what it could be?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Could you lower your phone resolution? If that didn't work, try to lower the resolution again.

Hey there, i restarted my phone swveral times and download pro again on all download servers and suddenly it works, so idk what it exactly it was, but thx a lot for helping me ❤️
