Can any staff member help me trade this persons lvl 80 rattata back its region locked in my pc and sadly you can’t trade directly from the pc i want to help get this person pokemon back

I was trying to help this guy trade evolve but I didn't know it was a sinnoh pokemon since we were in Kanto. I want to give it back to the OT because he probably thinks I'm trying to steal his pokemon. I'm on the Silver server. I don't have the message anymore because he DCed or blocked me but the OT is Akiyra.

ok so I traded my magmar to evolve it with item to a friend.. didn't take into effect that he was still in kanto and it was a sinnoh mon. can I please have back? magmar id. no. is 35641259 sinnoh region lvl 98

I was giving a friend some pokemon for the Elite Four to help them through the story but my Darmanatan is locked to Hoenn and she can not return it to me. We are on Gold Server

While selling dex service to zeiden, I forgot to use lend trade and traded him relicanth and now that relicanth is stuck in his pc cos he hasn't done hoenn region. So could you please return the relicanth to me.
