Hello, I just tried to merge my account to the silver server. I have not played in a very long time. It said it was successful but now when I try to log into the game, it says invalid user name or password for the silver server. Then I tried to log into the Gold server, and it was successful, and upon logging in I found my account got merged to Gold.... Not what I wanted and chose to do.

If you have not played PRO since when Yellow, Red and Blue was the main servers, then this answer below might apply to you, else see the link given below.

If you played on Red or Blue and tried to merge either of them, these two will ALWAYS merge the progress to the Silver server.

If you played on Yellow server, this will ALWAYS merge the progress to the Gold server.

 

If you're unsure whether or not you perhaps did something wrong, or if this really is a bug.

Hello @XKylibur. Apologies for the late response.

 

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, try resetting your password. Make sure it only contains numbers and letters, as special characters can prevent you from logging in.
