Hi, i had to xp up and ev up a pokemon(snorunt) for my guildmate but i evolved his pokemon to glalie (not on purpose of course) and i feel really bad because my guildmate want to evolved him into froslass and because of me he won't beable to play it in pvp.Is it possible to make it de-evolve or put back a snorunt exactly the same and release the glalie please?I sincerely hope that a solution is possible.It's all my fault really sorry.Thank you for understanding.

Unfortunetaly its not possible to de-evolve a pokemon.

Apologies for the inconvenience. As mentioned by Norex, it is unfortunately impossible for us to de-evolve pokemons. We simply do not have the tools to do so and it would be unfair to others who have seen their similar requests denied in the past.

Servers are currently in maintenance for the normal database backup and for a server change as announced in the PRO discord. The message mentions that the update will most definitely take multiple hours, up to maybe half of the day depending on the progress done. There's also more information regarding a 30% buff for easter form that are tier 6+ and announcements for the world quest and a safari event for next week. 

 

Make sure you join the PRO discord through this link to be updated with all the information on the situation.

Unfortunately there's really nothing we can do in these cases as I mentioned before, even though the answer might disapoint you please try to understand.

There should only be a few hours now until the maintenance is done, make sure you join the PRO discord since every update is announced there.
