Hello, it take me month to get 2 reroll ticket thinking that i will get 4 reroll by buying double reroll service, and i cant reroll any of my legendary what did i missunderstood?

Hey, if you purchase the Double Reroll Service you are able to use the next 10 Rerolls twice but the Reroll Tickets you use to purchase that Service cannot be used to reroll the IVs of a legendary pokemon.

You are able to purchase this service for a mysterious ticket or 1.2m pokedollars as well.

well the explaination is not clear at all now i have 1 hour to use tickets i dont have, it takes me really long time to gather those tickets

As mentioned by Norex the purchase of the service can either cost 2 rerolls tickets, 1 mysterious ticket or 1.2 million pokedollars. Those items will be lost since they are spent for the service. 

 

The next rerolls you use in the next hour, up to 10, will be doubled. I'm afraid that we cannot refund those rerolls to you, as the NPC in-game mentions clearly that those rerolls will be spent for the service when the dialogue is prompted. Furthermore it would be unfair to other players who mistakenly understood the feature and didn't get a refund either. Instead we will try to help by listing where you can obtain rerolls ticket :

• During the Kyurem quest, if you did not black out whilst fighting Kyurem. 
• Suspicious bot will give you a nature reroll ticket every week after a streak of 40 wins
• PVE/PVP shop 
• Solaceon quest (You have the chance of obtaining a reroll ticket or a nature reroll ticket every 7th days). Do keep in mind that the pokemons listed in the wiki are currently incorrect, you need to submit fresh caught pokemons now. 

 

It's good to note that you can combine two nature reroll ticket into a reroll ticket with the NPC in vermilion city.
