I need help mega x

Hello, im doin mega x quest and completed the first task , the second tasks which was a non-dragon type and flying type which knows dragon moves and fire type moves , i pick gyara as a choice, also it needed to be 60 ivs in attk , def, spattk, and speed , and i think it has it all, but the npc said its not strong enough,

So it seems like you dont meet the required IVs.

Mb i just + all the ivs and sums it at 60 xd
