Hi I have a problem .

I wanted to login in my account but when i logged in ,my  progress was deleted

I dont understand , i never has deleted my game progress.

I am a fan of this game but i dont know what happend

Small note: you can't delete your progress in this game even if you want to XD

Are you sure you connected to the correct server? Try to restart your client and choose the correct server (Gold/Silver).

If that is not the issue could it be that you are a returning player and havent played on your account for a long time? If that is the case make sure to merge your account on the dashboard.

It looks like your progress is intact on the Gold server. Is there any particular reason you think it was deleted? Or did you perhaps mistakenly log into the Silver server?

I connected in silver server,but i connected in  gold server days later.I returned to the game because my PC is better now.But when i returned I played the game normally.It was after that the game didnt let me enter
