Hey I have done kyurem quest and after rescuing Joey his mom should give me reroll ticket but didn't give me   ...only gave me something ...it was not reroll ticket my friend got reroll so its a bug pls fix this and give me my reroll ticket

I have checked the guid so I know when is the battle so I am always prepared with destiny bond

I have lost 1 time but that was after rescuing Joey at that time I didn't get it pls help me I am sure it's a bug because until the time I should get reroll I haven't lost so pls fix this bug

Hello @Rayn139. Apologies for the late response.

 

This is not a bug. The Reroll Ticket reward is for players that manage to defeat Kyurem every time. We cannot give you a Reroll Ticket because of this.

Though this may not be the answer you were hoping for, please try to understand.
