Barrier wont shut off after 3 switch pressed dragonspiral 3f

I think this is bug, i have talk to some player and they said only need pressed 3 switch crystal, you*ube guide also said same, any help?

You probably have missed one crystal. It is situated at 2F near the stairs. 

 

Can you please check it once again? 

Keep in mind the there are total 4 crystals activate.

This was already a duplicate of this post, and not really a bug. And it was resolved by this user's answer.

But the issue as you said was the first crystal that many seem to miss in 2F, so you're not wrong about that.
