Vyeny
what do you think about this: would it be good to: when u put mouse cursor on wild pokemon it shows you its statistic of stat total/IV/Ability/hidden power/Nature example is on the picture below. so we dont need catch every pokemon there. *if your thoughts about this are positive, make a poll to see thoughts about all other players there what they think about this , would be good or not.* Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/192228-statistic-tab-of-wild-pokemon/ Share on other sites

Deita
-1 The game has been built around catch and release for years, I don't see a reason to change that all of a sudden. There are more pressing things on the to do list to put resources into in my opinion. 1 Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/192228-statistic-tab-of-wild-pokemon/#findComment-1088032 Share on other sites
Desumi
-1 It has been vaguely discussed several times and have always yielded more negative than positive feedbacks from previously suggested ideas related to this. As stated above and by many others in the past, the game is built around "RNG catching", whereas you never know what stats you'll recieve before catching it. As such, it has also increased the overall value of the Pokemon on the trade market and it can often take time catching the perfect Pokemon, meaning that you spend more time on PRO. Furthermore, implementing something like this will also affect the active moneydrains that are in place for buying Pokeballs, which means PRO would yet again need to stabilize the money inflation. If you want to check some stats of a wild Pokemon, then you can always hope for a 50/50 with the Nature of the wild pokemon while running a lead sync (i.e a Pokemon with Synchronize ability) and the nature you want it to have. And if you want to check the Ability of the wild Pokemon, then just have a Pokemon with the Trace Ability. Apart from that, HP (Hidden Power) and IVs will always remain RNG and cannot be checked, as they shouldn't be IMO.
