i try to evolve my budew today, i try it like 4-5 level and kill it and trained  Happyness new doesnt work to. Hope u can help me

Try to faint it in a wild battle so it actually loses happiness and then get it to max happiness again during daytime. It has to reach the maximum amount happiness during daytime and not during any other time.
