As Norex mentions, you can use the Reborn Bot in Discord to find out where Deino Spawns. An alternative is the Wiki; you can see where Deino spawns here.

I've attached an image of where Deino can spawn, in case you are unable to use Discord. You can also potentially obtain one within Feral Site, if you've accumulated at least 4,000 Discovery Point.

Beyond this, you can also receive one as a potential reward for defeating Shary & Shaui boss.
