Desumi Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 (edited) You'll need to have completed the Legendary Event Moves quest as a prerequisite. This quest requires you in turn to have caught one of the respective legendary beasts (Raikou, Entei or Suicune). From there, you'll need to have at least 200 hours of playtime to be able to start the Legendary Event Moves quest. Here is a good forum guide if you need a walkthrough, additionally the wiki page for it can also provide you with a decent walkthrough of the quest if you meet the prerequisites for it.
