Epithet Posted March 22, 2022 Share Posted March 22, 2022 Hello @tam1pich. To obtain the Secret Potion, you must speak with the Secret Potion Maker in Cianwood Shop, Cianwood City. The building she is in can be found southwest of the Cianwood City Pokémon Center. If you have the Storm Badge, she will give you the Secret Potion. Take that back to Jasmine and you can continue with the story. I hope this clears things up. If not, or if you have further questions, please let me know.
