Hey, i talked with jasmine on top then beat the gym in cianwood and there wasn't potion on my pack. Just in case i went the roof again but she was still asking the potion. i talked every npc couldn't find it. Thanks

Talk to grandma at southest house on cianwood, she should will give you potion after beat cianwood gym

Hello @tam1pich.

 

To obtain the Secret Potion, you must speak with the Secret Potion Maker in Cianwood Shop, Cianwood City. The building she is in can be found southwest of the Cianwood City Pokémon Center.

If you have the Storm Badge, she will give you the Secret Potion. Take that back to Jasmine and you can continue with the story.
