How can i know that what new has been added in game or update’s or which form of pokemons have been added im really trying so hard to find some thread but not getting any

There is no specific thread currently about new pokemon counterpart sprites.

However, once a wiki editor gets their hands on the new sprites, they update the Pokémon Counterparts‎ wiki page, which shows all pokemon sprites for every event. In short, you can find all the new Pokemon sprites that was added during this new summer event of 2022 here, as it has already been updated with the newest counterpart sprites.
