We don't go off of seconds in a auction since we can't track seconds. Once it has shown 15min has passed the auction ended. @RedsorrowYour bid occured on the 15min mark exact so you we're late by a few seconds. As we can see when the bid was placed without seconds so that means this is the time you will go off of for the +15min rule: As we can see here this bid occured after 15min has passed: The bid would of had to come in 1min before to be a valid bid.
