It does time out eventually. However upon live release there will be an auto updater which im going to try and work with p2p networking as well. Pretentious Posted May 28, 2015 Share Posted May 28, 2015 I've ran into notblackjack's bug many times before also. I'd suggest simply moving the trigger from it's current location to the tile immediately left of the old man so that it doesn't interfere with trainers who are trying to cross the bridge to encounter the Sewaddle.
