Epithet Posted February 25, 2023 Share Posted February 25, 2023 Hello @Coad. In order to claim any Mega Stone, you first need to have a Mega Bracelet. The quest to get the Mega Bracelet can be found in Vermilion City Library. You simply need to show Assistant Theodore a Pokémon with the following conditions: Level 100. Has your OT. Has the ability to mega-evolve. Has maximum happiness. Has maximum EVs, which is 510. These can be in any stat, as long as it is 510. Then, once you have the bracelet, you will receive the Salamencite. Hope this clears things up. Let me know if you have further questions.
