Raika Posted March 12, 2023 Share Posted March 12, 2023 A Charmander that knew the move block was given out as an event Pokemon during gen 5, and had to be transferred to gen 7. So I guess an event move tutor would be better, since only the Kanto starters learn the move via event. New Leaf. Shaving 999 Rattatas in RT 1.
