I've actually asked this before about why we can't recycle some PVE coins items like accessories and headgear.

As you can see here

we can only sell/recycle only some of the items from PVE coins such as Cloak and Mounts,and here I have some items that come from PVE coins too

But why can't this category of items be recycled?What is the reason?

 

And also I ask for PVP coin Recyclable in the future

You get some PVE Coins back

Example:

Akatsuki Robe (250 PVE Coins) you will only get 100 PVE Coins back

What economy?

It also depends if the person wants to do it or not because some people might not want to wait long for the item to be tradable.

They may also think,why keep things that are not used?why not just let it go and get half of it

-1 . I think peope should start think before to spend his coins for some stupid cosmetics . Like all other things in game. Most people complane that are broke, but still spend his last money for cosletics.
