So hello there I am Aomineakashi and I need Latios so firstly i need to do Jirachi quest. I have 300 evos and Mew and Celebi and still Jirachi is not there. Can u please go to my account and look whats the problem cuz i think i did everything. 

Beat magma and aqua leader, beat kyogre and groudon at sootopolis cave; beat rayquaza at skypillar; beat all regis; find latios and latias at 20 random spot and beat them, maybe u miss 1 of this?

I get Jirachi on the moon and now i need Latias. Tv said something that RED pokemon is going around
