buy a misterious candy in pve coin master in celadon city and use it on her, it will evolve

Make sure, that after using mysterious candy it's happiness is maxed out and then use a rare candy to evolve it. If that also don't work, you can make a report in the bug report center. 

Hello @Danialnell. My apologies for the late response.

 

I notice you have still not been able to evolve your Buneary. Can you try making it faint against a wild Pokémon, then maxing out its happiness again?

If that does not work, try having it faint against a wild Pokémon, then close your client, relaunch it, and max it out again.

If neither of those work, please let me know.
