If ur pc become stuck when u try to play pro then there can be drivers problem of ur pc.Moreovre some client update don't support or can't run if pc is not in a good condition.For example,2023 halloween events didn't run to my pc as a result py pc going to crashed. Otherwise if u just stuck in game then try to othrs client like 32 bit client.If problem not solved then wait for staff reply. ty...
