Hey ho,

1st of all: Ty for that feature, it's really nice to see which mons are lended and where they are. Especially when you want to change the server and there is an active lending.

My suggestion: I don't know if it's a lot of work to make it or it would cause fatal bugs, but it would be really nice if you could add something like "send back now" in that window, so you can cancel the lending yourself, if for example the person who got the mon lended for a long time is inactive.

Another nice thing would be something like "add time" to increase the duration if the person needs the mon/mons longer.

Implementation of "Send back now" option in the lending tracker window which allows the lender to cancel their Pokémon if the user/borrower has been inactive may seem convenient, there are several potential downsides that I can think of:

🔹Lending Agreements - The current lending system is based on agreements between players, like a set time frame. If lenders could take back their Pokémon early, it could mess up the borrower's plans, especially if they're using the Pokémon for battles or quests.

🔹Unfair to Borrowers - Borrowers plan around the agreed lending period. If a lender can take back the Pokémon anytime, it could frustrate the borrower and cause issues between players.

🔹Repeated Lending and Recall - Lenders might abuse this feature by recalling Pokémon after the borrower has paid, causing confusion and potentially harming the game’s balance. This could also damage trust between players.

🔹Impact on Borrowers' Progress - If a borrower is using the Pokémon for a tough quest, suddenly losing it could disrupt their progress.

🔹Complications with Inactive Borrowers - It might be easy to retrieve a Pokémon if the borrower is inactive, but if they're just not responding or have turned off their status, this feature could be tricky to manage.

In summary, while option provides flexibility to the lender, it could also cause several issues. Anyways don't mind me and my two-cent opinion ☺️

Ahh, true. I didn't think about these services, because I used it once like 4 years or something like that ago and since then no more.

Maybe, if that's possible: If the lending trade had money as payment and the owner sends the mon back earlier, the money goes back to the other person. And if the owner doesn't have the money, he/she can't cancel it. But with that option, the server has to keep more data 🤔

Maybe just upgrade a button like 'call back' that act as a request (lasting for 1/3 of the initial lending time for example) sent to the Borrower:

- If the Borrower is active and refuse to such request, then the request will be voided & the lending time stay unchanged as initially agreed by both sides.

- If the Borrower is inactive and can't react to the request at all, then the Lender will have the option to call back the lended Mon after x days after sending the request (x = half of the remaining time for example, so the request cuts the remaining time in half if success)

An example: A lend a Pikachu to B for 10 days. At day 3, A want to transfer so he send the 'call back request', this request will be lasting 3 days (1/3 of the initial lending time) for the Borrower to react. If the Borrower is active and refuse to such request during the active requesting time (day 3+4+5), then the call back request is voided. If the Borrower is inactive and can't react to the call back request at all, then by the end of day 5 (deadline of the call back request), the remaining time (5 days) will be cut in half, so there're 2.5 days left (reducing 2.5 days) until the pokemon is returned

Still, there will be problem if the initial lending time is too short, maybe this call back option is only applicable to the 'long enough' lending time (x days above).

I assumed it was coded to avoid this kind of issues. As per your agreement as a lender and borrower, if it was sent earlier than usual the payment will remain unchanged.

Hello, we don't plan to add a call back button or allow one-sided returns of lending trades from the lender side before the agreed time, as many lendings come with agreements, and possibly a payment or other compensation. The duration of lending trades should be considered beforehand, and if you're lending something to a friend or guild mate, you always have the option to ask them to return the Pokemon manually before the agreed time.
