Hi all. the correct winner in this scenario would be @Nugaskinase with a bid of 2.6m. The reason for this is because the end point is stated as "End Point: 48 hours". Since there is no clear defying parameters, such as after start offer, etc, it is taken to be after the auctions creation date. The auction was created on 23/12/2024 at 1600 gmt+1, which gives an end date of 25/12/2024 at 1600 gmt+1. The last bid before this time was by @Nugaskinase for 2.6m, so is the rightful winner.

 

@Ppeeh Please meet up with @Nugaskinase to carry out the trade for 2.6m. 

 

For Future auctions please try and be more clear about the auctions ending point, whether that be "48 hours after start", "48 hours after auction creation", "Auction ends 25/12/2024 at 1600 gmt+1", etc.
