This NPC isn't moving after I defeated him

I moved west and defeated another NPC, and found something in this box.

But the electric barrier is still there, I defeated this NPC as well

Then these two Aqua Magma grunts arent moving either, not even any dialog popping up if I try to interact.

Please help I'm stuck here.

Note - I have already tried these things.
- re-enter that place from Route 110.
- Re-log.

- restart the app.

- changed region and came back.

Hello @Ichigo77. 

 

In the first screenshot you provided where the NPC does not move. That is intended.

In the screenshot where the barrier isn't removed, that is because that NPC you defeated does not remove it.

In the last screenshot with the Magma/Aqua grunts, that is indeed a bug. A fix was applied and exiting then re-entering New Mauville should allow you to continue.
