why hydreigon can't learn Nasty Plot

 

You are looking at the gen 8 move set while PRO follows the gen 7 move set, hence why it cannot learn nasty plot.

Hey guys, 

 

I can't find the hone claws tutor. on the wiki it says that it is in pastoria city but when in the city I can't find any tutor.

Where is the curse move?? It's written in eumi island park 1 but I can't access (thanks for the 5k it cost to go to the main island)
