I want to play a new save with my friends but i already have a account at Gold Server. Can some mod exclude the content at the Gold so I can create a new character? Only at the Gold Server.

@Jujuhyang You’re allowed to have up to four accounts, so you could simply create a second one and start a new journey. That way, you can experience the story with your friends. Staff are unlikely to reset your existing account (if that’s what you meant), but starting fresh on another account works exactly as described.

How do I create a a tird account? can I use the same email?

@Lacomus is absolutely correct! We are unable to "reset" accounts at this time, but you are free to make up to 4 total accounts to replay the game from the beginning.
