Heyy staffs i am unable to go to the guild Island

it keep saying

For accessing guild island, your guild should be in top 3 in pvp ranked ladder in previous season.

Apologies for the issue you are experiencing.

 

To enter guild island you had to be a member last season for at least 7 days, contributed the rating, at least 10 games and at least 10 ratings in normal ranked and not in random and played the games last season, not this season.

 

Have you joined the guild not too long ago ?
