Game not starting

About two days ago i was playing the game normally. But since yesterday when i lunch the game it start the splash screen but the game never one. On task manager it is running (i end task there before try to relaunch) but still the game just wont open.

 

I already copy a new installation file on the folder but the issue persist.

This is a known issue, and the team is already aware of it. When launching the client, it may take several minutes (5+ minutes) for the game to fully open even though it appears unresponsive at first.

 

Please allow the client some time to load after launching it.
