Umm dunno but are those Rock items you need 6 of randomely hidden or is there a fixed spot ?

Can confirm this, I just beat the e4 and tried to collect fragments and couldn't so i just went to buy permit and works. Don't know if this is bug or they removed the fragments but it isn't needed anymore.

Found a Grip Claw in the Feral Site. I'm not sure if it was after 600 discoveries or not, but couldn't find it before I hit above 600.

Got a reaper cloth and ppup at Haunter after 600 points

Found leftovers at Historical after 600 points, roggenrolla fled on me at 700 points

found rare candy in the mineral site in every digging site.
