If you ask me, I believe they're going to add more custom content such as more quest to Hoenn, and more quest to any previous areas in the game. After that they'll probably work on other aesthetics of the game that could be updated (Guild Features would fall on Shane unless someone could interface Guild based actions into an NPC... Not sure if that's attainable or not though.) Other than that, i'd expect some more long-term content in the future until another massive release comes.

I'm predicting and expecting this in my point of view;

 

1. More content and quest

2. Fix server stability, add more capped, coded more moveset and ability

3. Auction house

4. Guild base

5. Sinnoh + sprite upgrade

6. Double battle and perhaps spectating

7. Custom region

8. Die in peace
