Im Xhaj, I left all of the admins a message pretty much a couple hours before things started to go down hill because I felt the structure of staff was crumbling due to how staff and ex staff still came to me about their issues for months now after I was no longer staff. That to me screamed communication is totally screwed. My message was a warning that something bad was on the rise because of the break down and gave my opinion on how to fix this.
