You can't surf there, the spawns are bugged.

Would anybody happen to know some approximative percentages for Glaceon in Snowfall Valley and Froslass on Cryofrost Brink ? Like, are they around 1-2%, ore more between 10-15% ? That would be of a great help. :Angel:
